"KLIN” Perforating Systems belong to a new high-technology generation of hollow carrier guns manufactured from especially alloyed steel that allows using them at the most severe working conditions. The design and manufacturing technique absorbed all the state-of-the-art decisions in this field. The use of unstressed scallops and centralizing devices in the guns allows performing more even perforation penetration along the jet length. “KLIN” Perforating Systems are designed for making access to producing formation in oil and gas wells by shooting casing and cement with jet charges to create channels in formation with the purpose of forming the hydrodynamic link between formation and well. Expendable perforating guns are designed for performing both tubing conveyed and wireline operations and can be operated in extensive vertical, horizontal and deviated wells both at low (up to atmosphere pressure) and high hydrostatic pressure due to high resistant sealing elements. The ultrastrong carriers protect the casing during detonation and ensure perforating gun reliable performance, standing maximum shot density.
A simple design of "KLIN" perforating guns provides convenient and quick assembling in the fields. The carriers and component parts of jet guns are distinguished by working accuracy of thread connections. Shot density, centralizers of different sizes and other required features are optional.
